Zoning Fee Res. 10 of 2025 Zoning Fees have been amended with the additional penalty fee for work/use started before obtaining the required zoning permit. The fee will be $200.
Customers in Water District #1, specifically in the Paddy Hill area, may experience low water pressure until further notice. This temporary reduction is necessary while the old Brownville Bridge is being demolished and is intended to prevent excess pressure from building up in the water lines.
