Where do I send the second and third installment for my property taxes?

The second and third installments of your town and county taxes are made payable to Jefferson County Treasurer, They are located at 175 Arsenal St., Watertown, NY 13601. The address is located on the payment stub for second and third installments.

Can I pay my bill over the phone?

No, we do not accept phone payments. Payments can be made via mail, locked drop box at Town Hall, or online.

Do you accept cash payments?

Yes, but exact payment amount is appreciated as we do not carry a lot of change.

How do I pay my water bill?

Visit the Town Clerk’s office at 18774 Co. Rt. 66, Watertown, NY or pay online.

Any water payments received after October 23, 2025, will be credited on the November billing cycle.
